(6) AI projects
The focus in this section (6) will be on
- creating (6) real world project fast
- using (5) AI dev tools / plugins
- to create (4) AI agents that use
- remote or local (2) LLMs.
The diagram below shows the (6) AI project components. The project is a complete real-world application similar to a Palantir-style system. The goal for this section is to build full-blown real-world apps fast with minimal coding.

This page will focus on rapidly spinning up practical AI projects. Not “vibe coding,” but efficient, well-designed systems. The goal is to use the right techniques and tools to create (“spin up”) a viable draft product as quickly as possible, with minimal manual coding. I call this “spin up” coding.
My main question is: Will sophisticated AI IDE’s and tools get so easy to use that anyone will be able to create custom apps with stunning capability while maintaining firm control of the codebase? Even possibly doing this by audio chats with the AI IDE? This is the big question of this final section (6) in ZiptieAI.
Other questions:
- In the ARPANET days we could never have imagined the search engine. WE lived in a vacuum. The very idea that one day we could simply from the comfort of home have the ability to access what we access now was unfathomable. The question now is where is AI leading to? What is the near-term “final” stage?
- DOGE discovered massive corruption quickly thanks to AI. When will it become possible for anyone to easily create AI projects that make it impossible such criminal activity (given access to the data)?
- Will AI create moats of safety around countries, just like on the Ukraine/Russian no-mans land? When both sides can use automate tools to quickly detect anything that moves, anything unusual.
- Palantir CEO says trade jobs are the future?
